The bartender works in the center of the cocktail station, within a radius of no more than 1.5 meters, better known as “The Bartender's Circle”
The ice chest is located in the center of the "Bartender's Circle" and forms the heart of the Speedster. Bartenders can customize this chest with various compartments for ice cubes, crushed ice, bottles, or mixers. It also features side ice scoops, which can be configured for both right- and left-handed users.
The speed rail runs the entire length of the station, providing instant and rapid access to more than 20 bottles. Combined with the versatility and large volume of the ice chest, this allows for more cocktails per hour.
The left side of the Speedster is the "garnish" side. This side offers space for various garnish options. The integrated quick-waste cutting board is also located here. This allows cutting waste to be immediately collected for composting or disposal. At the end of the shift, the waste bin can be placed in the dishwasher for optimal hygiene.
On the right, you'll find the Collins gear box, which keeps all your gear organized efficiently. The tool pool keeps the bar spoon, muddler, and tweezers clean thanks to the fresh water.
The iconic CNC water jet is a must-have. The sprayer distributes high water pressure 360 degrees, rinsing shakers and mixing glasses clean in a split second.
The Speedster can be used as a tabletop or in an upper-bar configuration. It also integrates with any popular beer tray.
The shift is over, the race is over. Speed is key, and that also applies after the shift. All parts can be washed in the dishwasher in two rinses.
