The reusable straws in the APS Glass & Bar Supply range are great for drinking and look nice in a glass. Sustainable and environmentally friendly

Our straws are more sustainable and environmentally friendly than classic straws. This is because they are made of high-quality metal or glass, making them reusable. Instead of throwing them away after use, like plastic straws, you can simply clean and reuse them. This makes a big difference in terms of sustainability. Plastic straws remain lying around in our ocean for about 200 years before they break down, which is very harmful to the environment and to animals that can suffocate on them.

The use of reusable straws therefore has many benefits for our environment, but also for the wallet and convenience. Below we list the advantages per material for you.

Metal

Reusable metal straws are unbreakable and therefore last a long time. This will make a big difference in costs in the long run.

Glass

Because glass is a natural material, it is less susceptible to the build-up of bacteria and other microbes, meaning reusable glass straws are less likely to become contaminated than plastic straws.

Paper straws

The paper straws from APS Glass and Bar Supply are available in many different colors and types. This makes them suitable for cozy cocktail evenings, in your restaurant, during theme parties and much more. It is of course nice when the paper straw matches the drink someone orders, matches the theme of the evening or simply fits well with the general theme of, for example, your restaurant. For theme parties, for example, we have paper bamboo straws in our range, which are made in such a way that they resemble real bamboo sticks, but are simply made of paper.
