Handling, Delivery & Returns
We always strive for fast, optimal service! Is there a real emergency? Know that we're happy to go the extra mile. For our transport, we work with the following carriers: PostNL, UPS, DHL, and VDSV. The goods are carefully packaged to prevent breakage. Should any damage occur during transport, we will, of course, reimburse you. If products are in stock in Amsterdam, please allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery. For urgent delivery, please contact our office at 020-4635016 or email office@apssupply.nl .
Delivery time
The regular delivery time of stock items is between 1 and 5 working days .
Order items usually have a delivery time between 1 and 8 working days .

Is your company located in Amsterdam?
If you order before 10am, it will be delivered the same day (if in stock)!
The postal code regions for which this service applies are: 1011 to 1118 (Amsterdam and Schiphol), 1181 to 1189 (Amstelveen).

Returns Policy
If you want to return your order, we're happy to help. You can exchange our products within 21 days, provided:
- All products are unused
- All products are in their original packaging
- The products are returned within the 21-day return period
Exceptions to this are custom-ordered items and custom-made products. Products with a logo cannot be returned. Custom-ordered items include machines and products from Churchill and Dudson. For specifications, please contact office@apssupply.nl.
Return
Provided all items to be returned meet the aforementioned requirements, the scale below will be applied. Costs will be charged based on the weight of the outer packaging of the returned items.
Small packages (0kg - 10kg) -> €7.50 excluding VAT UPS
Medium packages (10kg - 15kg) -> €10.00 excluding VAT UPS
Large packages (15kg - 20kg) -> €15.00 excluding VAT UPS
Half pallet (20kg – 75kg) -> €65.00 excl. VAT VSDV
Full Euro pallet (75kg – 140kg) -> €130.00 excluding VAT VSDV
The above costs are just a guideline. Return shipping costs will be billed directly to the sender. To request a return, please submit the form below to office@apssupply.nl . Based on your request, our back office will let you know whether you can initiate a return by completing the return form and including it in the shipment.

Items not accepted
If the returned goods are not in their original condition as stated in the returns policy, they will be destroyed and no credit will be issued. You will not be notified of this.
