Handling, Delivery Time & Returns
We always strive for fast, optimal service! Is there really a need for the man? Please know that we are happy to go the extra mile. For our transports we work with the following transport companies; PostNL, UPS, DHL and VDSV. The goods are carefully packaged to prevent breakage. If a breakage occurs during transport, this will of course be reimbursed. If products are in stock in Amsterdam, take into account a delivery time of 1 to 4 working days. Delivery time
Our regular delivery time is between 1-4 business days.
Based in Amsterdam? If you order before 9:00 am, delivery will be made the same day (if in stock)!
The postal code regions for which this service applies are: 1011 to 1118 (Amsterdam and Schiphol), 1181 to 1189 (Amstelveen).
Rates 2024
The rates below for handling and shipments within the Netherlands will apply as of January 1, 2024 (the expenditure and rates are exclusive of VAT).
* For time deliveries, a surcharge may be charged in consultation, depending on the time slot given.
0 - 150 euros >> 12.50 euros
150 - 350 euros >> 22.50 euros
350 - 750 euros >> 32.50 euros
From 750 euros, delivery is free.
Deliveries in Amsterdam are delivered free of charge for orders >€95 excl. VAT
We are also happy to deliver smaller orders in Amsterdam to you. We charge a surcharge of €7.50 per delivery for this.
Returns Policy
If you want to return your order, we are of course ready to help you. You can exchange our products within 21 days provided:
- All products are unused
- All products are in the original packaging
- The products are returned within the 21 day return period
Exceptions to this are items specially ordered for the customer and Taylormade products. Products with a logo print cannot be returned. Items to order include machines and products from the Churchill and Dudson brands. For a specification, we would like to refer you to office@apssupply.nl.
Send back
Provided that all items to be returned meet the previously reported requirements, the scale below will be applied. Costs will be charged based on the weight of the outer packaging of the goods to be returned.
Small packages (0kg - 10kg) -> €7.50 excl. VAT UPS
Medium packages (10kg - 15kg) -> €10.00 excl. VAT UPS
Large packages (15kg - 20kg) -> €15.00 excl. VAT UPS
Half pallet (20kg – 75kg) -> €65.00 excl. VAT VSDV
Full euro pallet (75kg – 140kg) -> €130.00 excl. VAT VSDV
The above costs are only a guideline. Return shipping costs are invoiced 1 to 1 to the sender. To request the return, we would like to ask you to send the form below to office@apssupply.nl . Based on the request, our back office will inform you whether you can create the return shipment by completing the return form and enclosing it in your shipment.

Items not accepted
If it turns out that the returned goods are not in their original condition as indicated in 'return policy', these items will be destroyed and no credit will be issued. You will not be informed of this.
