How are cherries used?

Cherries and cocktails are an inseparable combination. Although not all cocktails contain cherries, almost everyone is familiar with the classic Maraschino cherry. Not only your staff, but also your guests. Although the latter may not always know the name, it doesn't matter: for guests what matters most is that a cherry is the finishing touch on their cocktail.
