About the Inku collection
It was the Japanese refinement and imperfect perfection that top chef Sergio Herman managed to incorporate into the Inku tableware. It is tableware with clear references to shell shapes, blossoms, and the abstract structures of nature. "With Inku tableware, we can not only decorate the plate beautifully, but also complement entire tables with blossoms in ceramics," says Herman, who uses the tableware at brasserie Le Pristine in Antwerp. "I don't just see it as our job to inspire people from a culinary perspective, but I also want to create that with table decoration." To complete that picture, the collection is complemented by fine glassware.
