About the Inku collection
It was Japanese refinement and imperfect perfection that top chef Sergio Herman captured in the Inku dinnerware. This tableware features clear references to shell shapes, blossoms, and the abstract structures of nature. "With Inku dinnerware, we can not only decorate the plate beautifully but also complement entire tables with ceramic blossoms," says Herman, who uses the dinnerware at his brasserie Le Pristine in Antwerp. "I don't just see it as our job to inspire people from a culinary perspective, but I want to create that with table decoration as well." To complete that picture, the collection is complemented by fine glassware.
