This compact cocktail station offers all the functionality a bartender needs. It's the perfect station for businesses with a limited cocktail and mixed drinks menu where space is a challenge.
The bartender works in the center of the cocktail station, within a 1-meter radius, known as “The Bartender's Circle.”
The ice chest is located in the center of the "Bartender's Circle" and forms the heart of the Mach One. Bartenders can customize this chest into various compartments for ice cubes, crushed ice, bottles, or mixers. It can also be configured for sideways ice scooping, suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
The speed rail runs the entire length of the station, providing instant and rapid access to more than 12 bottles. Combined with the versatility and large volume of the ice chest, this allows for more cocktails per hour.
The left side of the Mach One offers space for your necessary tools. The integrated quick-waste cutting board is also located here. This allows cutting waste to be immediately collected for composting or disposal. At the end of your shift, the waste bin is dishwasher-safe for optimal hygiene.
On the right side, the shaker waste is deposited and you'll find the iconic CNC (Crazy Nice Component) water jet. This ensures the shaker is cleaned under high pressure and in a 360-degree radius. Cleaning your shaker couldn't be faster!
The Mach One can be used as a tabletop or in an upper-bar configuration. It also integrates with any popular beer tray.
As an extra, a Spiller rack can also be attached for optimal ergonomics and efficiency.
The shift is over, the race is over. Speed is key, and that also applies after the shift. All parts can be washed in the dishwasher in two rinses.
