Port glasses
Port glasses have a tulip-shaped shape, just like a wine glass, but a bit smaller. At APS we sell different models and designs, with a high elegant stem or low legs. We have several brands in our portfolio, including Luigi Bormioli, La Rochere, Stolzle, RCR, Libbey and Royal Leerdam.
Types of port glasses
Port glasses are smaller and narrower wine glasses. To fully enjoy the port, half the glass should be poured. Traditional port glasses are approximately 15 centimeters high and have a capacity of 190 ml.
You can also recognize a traditional port glass by the classic appearance that you expect from a wine glass or port glass; round shapes, elegant stem and without frills. In addition to traditional port glasses, we also sell ''luxury'' port glasses. These have more decorations and stand out well. At APS you will find port glasses from various brands that are known for quality; Libbey, RCR, Royal Leerdam.
The port glasses at APS look chic. The glasses from Royal Leerdam, for example, are of high quality and crystal clear. The beautiful color and texture of the port comes out perfectly.
Although we believe that traditional port glasses are ideal for drinking port, there are also experts who think differently. These people prefer to drink from a wine glass. They believe that the aromas come into their own better in a wine glass than in a port glass. For example, in the United Kingdom, wine glasses with a capacity of 400 ml are sold as port glasses.

At APS we can also print your logo on the port glasses. This makes the experience of drinking a good glass of port in your restaurant even more enjoyable. Call or email us and let us know how you prefer the printing or ask us for advice. You determine the size and color of the logo yourself. To ensure that you are satisfied and that the printing is successful, we make a digital proof in advance.
